Outfit

Finally! My first outfit post! I must warn you that I haven't actually found a photographer yet, so for the next few outfit posts please be patient with the cropped pictures and self-taken photos. However, the point of this is the clothes, which I think looked great for a day out and about in London. Mind you, I was freezing, but sometimes beauty is pain. Enjoy!

The Darkest Hour

There's something about a woman in black that brings about a certain attitude. When I look into my wardrobe and realize the amount of black that I own and how often I wear it, it made me wonder if there is maybe a specific emotion that I am subconsciously projecting whenever I put something on. What's your black mood? Does it enhance your attitude or just fit into your wardrobe as a neutral staple?

Also, I tried to take the suggestion for picture size into mind - is this better or still bigger? I really appreciate the feedback , I want this blog to be great for everyone who reads it so suggestions are always welcome!

I love this editorial! I think Elle Russia in May 2010 did a phenomenal job mixing compatible elements of style, lighting, and beauty. The photography really tells a story here, and I hope you find it as interesting as I did. Sashi Melnichuk of course looks gorgeous! I think picture 2 is my favorite . . .

American Girl in Paris

I find it hard to believe that in just two short weeks I will be in Paris for my first time ever!! I'm so excited I can hardly contain myself (not to mention I leave for London tomorrow!!). While I was looking around recently I found all these pictures and for some reason or another they all made me thing of Paris. I'm hoping to become inspired and look absolutely phenomenal while I'm there, and outfit posts should be coming soon since I finally have a camera again. Sorry that it's been a few days, the internet in my apartment is having issues and in the craziness that is packing for 7 weeks I haven't had as much time to post as I'd like. But thank you so much to the people who have read my blog, posted, and even follow! You all are the best and I can't express my gratitude enough, I just hope you keep enjoying and pass the word along to your friends. Sorry for all the wordiness, and here are a few thoughts on Paris:
